Ben Reaves is the Food Fanatic Chef for Portland and has been with US Foods since 2016. He has over twenty years of restaurant industry experience, and has spent time in a wide variety of operations across the country from mom-and-pop diners to Michelin-starred fine dining. He is a graduate of California Culinary Academy/Le Cordon Bleu San Francisco and resides in Portland, Oregon with his wife, and two children.
