Angel F. Joy-Roger has served as Arizona’s first ever Food Fanatics Chef since 2015. Angel’s knowledge and expertise as an executive chef has helped many US Foods customers improve their Back of House operations, build stronger culinary teams, and provided insights into dining trends. Angel brings over thirty years of culinary and operations experience in collaborating with owners and operators to drive traffic, simplify staffing and labor issues, modernize operations, and help restaurants generate sustainable profitability. Angel holds an Associates Degree of Applied Science in Culinary Arts and is a Certified Baker through the Retail Bakers of America. Angel resides in Phoenix, AZ with his wife and daughter, two cats (the wife’s), two dogs (one is his) and enjoys their family outings, and downtime playing his collection of guitars.
