Torched Bacon Tower

Ingredients

  • 4 ea. Bacon Slices, thickly sliced
  • Raw Brown Sugar, as needed
  • Rosemary Sprigs

PREPARATION

Place bacon on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake in a 250°F oven for 10 minutes. Hang 4 bacon strips to a wooden hanger with a sprig of rosemary in the center. Torch tableside. Makes 1 appetizer.
