The Z Cocktail
Ingredients
- 4 Cucumber slices
- 1 Sprig mint
- 2 oz. Gin
- 3/4 oz. Italicus Rosolio di Bergamotto
- 3/4 oz. Fresh lime juice
- 1/2 oz. Simple syrup
- Flowering herb, to garnish
Preparation
Muddle cucumber and mint in a shaker. Fill with ice; add all ingredients except garnish; shake vigorously. Double-strain into peacock glass; garnish with cluster of flowering herb.
