The Z Cocktail

Ingredients

  • 4 Cucumber slices
  • 1 Sprig mint
  • 2 oz. Gin
  • 3/4 oz. Italicus Rosolio di Bergamotto
  • 3/4 oz. Fresh lime juice
  • 1/2 oz. Simple syrup
  • Flowering herb, to garnish

Preparation

Muddle cucumber and mint in a shaker. Fill with ice; add all ingredients except garnish; shake vigorously. Double-strain into peacock glass; garnish with cluster of flowering herb.
