  • 1 oz. Plantation Stiggins’ Fancy Pineapple Rum
  • 1 oz. Laird’s Bonded Applejack
  • 3⁄4 oz. Granny Smith apple juice
  • 1⁄2 oz. Demerara syrup
  • 1⁄4 oz. Plantation OFTD
  • 1⁄4 oz. Lemon juice
  • 3⁄4 oz. Aquafaba


Hard shake with four ice cubes and fine-strain into a fizz glass, then top with soda. Garnish with a dehydrated apple wheel.
