Ingredients
- 1 oz. Plantation Stiggins’ Fancy Pineapple Rum
- 1 oz. Laird’s Bonded Applejack
- 3⁄4 oz. Granny Smith apple juice
- 1⁄2 oz. Demerara syrup
- 1⁄4 oz. Plantation OFTD
- 1⁄4 oz. Lemon juice
- 3⁄4 oz. Aquafaba
Preparation
Hard shake with four ice cubes and fine-strain into a fizz glass, then top with soda. Garnish with a dehydrated apple wheel.
