Southern Style Crispy Chicken Chef's Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 ea. Patuxent Farms® Par-Fried Breaded Chicken Thigh
  • .25 c Baby Heirloom Tomatoes, halved
  • English Cucumber, seeded and sliced
  • 2 T Cross Valley Farms® Shredded Carrot
  • 2 T Patuxent Farms Cherrywood Smoked Bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 ea. Glenview Farms® Hard Cooked Egg, halved
  • 2 oz. Chef's Line® Pub Sauce
  • 2 c Cross Valley Farms Chopped Romaine

PREPARATION

  1. Fry chicken thigh according to package instructions. 
  2. Place romaine in a cold bowl and top with other ingredients. 
  3. Slice chicken thigh and arrange on top of the salad.
