Southern Style Crispy Chicken Chef's Salad
Ingredients
- 1 ea. Patuxent Farms® Par-Fried Breaded Chicken Thigh
- .25 c Baby Heirloom Tomatoes, halved
- English Cucumber, seeded and sliced
- 2 T Cross Valley Farms® Shredded Carrot
- 2 T Patuxent Farms Cherrywood Smoked Bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 ea. Glenview Farms® Hard Cooked Egg, halved
- 2 oz. Chef's Line® Pub Sauce
- 2 c Cross Valley Farms Chopped Romaine
PREPARATION
- Fry chicken thigh according to package instructions.
- Place romaine in a cold bowl and top with other ingredients.
- Slice chicken thigh and arrange on top of the salad.
