Soupa de Fideo

Ingredients

  • 1 T Molly's Kitchen® Chicken Soup Base
  • 1.5 c Water
  • 1 c Roseli® Tomato Sauce
  • .5 c Cross Valley Farms® Diced Yellow Onion
  • 2 ea. Cross Valley Farms Garlic Cloves
  • .25 Bunch Cross Valley Farms Chopped Cilantro
  • .25 tsp. Monarch® Ground Cumin
  • 1 tsp. Monarch Dried Oregano
  • 4 ea. Fresh Limes
  • 8 oz. Roseli Angel Hair Pasta, broken into 1" pieces
  • .5 c Chef's Line® All Natural* Pollo Asado

PREPARATION

Heat oil in saucepan over medium high heat. Add pasta and stir until lightly browned. Add 1 cup of chicken stock and half of tomato sauce to pasta. Add onion and garlic. Stir to combine. Bring to a boil and cook until liquid has almost evaporated. Stir in remaining chicken stock and tomato sauce. Add chicken and cook over medium heat until pasta is tender and soup thickens.  

Serves 1
