Shaved Prime Rib Sandwich
Ingredients
- 1.25 lb. Cattleman’s Selection® Prime Rib
- 2 c Rykoff Sexton® Caramelized Onions
- 1 c Chef’s Line® Crème Fraîche
- 1 c Monarch® Garlic Aioli
- 3 T Monarch Horseradish
- 8 slices Chef’s Line Multigrain Sprouted Bread
PREPARATION
- Prepare prime rib according to package directions. Let cool completely and shave. Hold cold.
- Combine crème fraîche, garlic aioli and horseradish to make horseradish cream sauce. Season with salt and pepper, to taste.
- Toast bread on flat top grill. Heat caramelized onions and shaved prime rib.
- Place horseradish sauce onto toasted bread, layer with shaved steak and caramelized onions.
