Roasted Sriracha Honey Multi-Color Carrots
Ingredients
- 4 oz. Rykoff Sexton® Multi-Color Carrot Blend
- 0.5 oz. Monarch® Sriracha Hot Honey
- 1/2 lemon Lemon juice
- 1 oz. Glenview Farms® European-Style Unsalted Butter
- Salt and pepper
Preparation
- Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
- In a non-stick oven-proof sauté pan, melt butter and sauté carrots for 2-3 minutes.
- Drizzle with hot honey and a squeeze of fresh lemon juice.
- Then roast in oven for 8-10 minutes until slightly caramelized.
- Season with salt and pepper, then serve.
