Prime Rib French Onion Burger

Ingredients

  • 25 ea. Chef’s Line® All Natural* Seasoned Prime Rib Steak Burger
  • 25 ea. Hilltop Hearth® Premium Stout Beer Hamburger Bun
  • 1 ea. Chef’s Line Parmesan Peppercorn Compound Butter, cut into 25 coins
  • 50 oz. Rykoff Sexton Caramelized Sliced Onions, defrosted
  • 7 oz. Cross Valley Farms® Organic Baby Spinach and Wild Arugula Blend

Preparation

Cook All Natural* Seasoned Prime Rib Steak Burger on a griddle or grill to desired degree of doneness. 

Cut Premium Stout Beer Hamburger Bun into sides, then toast.

Warm Caramelized Sliced Onions in a saucepot on the stove until heated through.

Assemble burgers with Organic Baby Spinach and Wild Arugula Blend and Caramelized Sliced Onions, topped with All Natural* Seasoned Prime Rib Steak Burger and a piece of Parmesan Peppercorn Compound Butter.
