Prebiotic Creamy Blueberry Dressing


  • ½ c Fresh Blueberries
  • ¼ c Rice vinegar
  • 1 tsp. Lemon Zest
  • 4 T Lemon juice
  • 3 T Local Honey
  • ¾ c Extra-virgin olive oil
  • Sea salt to taste
  • Fresh ground black pepper to taste


Place items in a blender or food processor, except honey, and purée. Slowly add oil to emulsify and season with salt and pepper to taste.
