Orange Tarragon Vinaigrette
Ingredients
- 4 c Oil
- 2 c Orange Juice
- 2 c Honey
- 2 T Salt
- 2 T Pepper
- 2 ea. Shallots, finely minced
- ½ bunch Tarragon
PREPARATION
In a blender, blend orange juice, shallots, salt and pepper. Blend until smooth. Then add honey, and blend till smooth. Slowly add blend oil to vinegar is emulsified.
