Meatloaf and Mac Burger

Ingredients

  • 1 ea. Chef’s Line® All Natural* Modern Meatloaf Patty
  • 3 oz. Molly's Kitchen® Macaroni and Cheese
  • 1 ea. Chef’s Line Glossy Bun
  • 1 ea. Cross Valley Farms® Green Leaf Lettuce
  • ¼ oz. Cross Valley Farms Sliced Red Onion
  • 1½ oz. Monarch® Organic Tomato Ketchup

PREPARATION

  1. Preheat oven to 350ºF.
  2. Heat thawed macaroni and cheese in oven for 45 minutes, and hold hot for service. 
  3. Cook meatloaf patty on flattop grill or char grill. 
  4. From bottom bun, assemble burger with lettuce and tomato first, then meatloaf patty, mac and cheese and a drizzle of ketchup.
