Meatloaf and Mac Burger
Ingredients
- 1 ea. Chef’s Line® All Natural* Modern Meatloaf Patty
- 3 oz. Molly's Kitchen® Macaroni and Cheese
- 1 ea. Chef’s Line Glossy Bun
- 1 ea. Cross Valley Farms® Green Leaf Lettuce
- ¼ oz. Cross Valley Farms Sliced Red Onion
- 1½ oz. Monarch® Organic Tomato Ketchup
PREPARATION
- Preheat oven to 350ºF.
- Heat thawed macaroni and cheese in oven for 45 minutes, and hold hot for service.
- Cook meatloaf patty on flattop grill or char grill.
- From bottom bun, assemble burger with lettuce and tomato first, then meatloaf patty, mac and cheese and a drizzle of ketchup.
