Meat & Cheese Bento Snack Box

Ingredients

  • 2 oz. Chef's Line All Natural* Smoked Beef Tri-Tip
  • 2 oz. Chef's Line® All Natural* Smoked Beef Brisket Burnt Ends and Pieces
  • 2 oz. Various cheeses, cut into different slices and cubes
  • 5 ea. Cross Valley Farms® Grape Tomatoes
  • 2 oz. Rykoff Sexton® Antipasto Olives
  • 3 Packages Monarch® Individually Wrapped Crackers

PREPARATION

After cooking tri-tip and brisket burnt ends according to packaging directions, cool and thinly slice tri-tip. Arrange ingredients in bento box with separate compartments for the meats, tomatoes and olives, cheeses and crackers.
