Mayan Michelada


  • 1 oz. Mezcal
  • 1 oz. Fresh Lime Juice
  • 3 oz. Rykoff Sexton® Bloody Mary Mix
  • 1 bottle IPA beer
  • 1 ea. Fire-Roasted jalapeño*
  • 2 ea. Pickled Red chilis
  • Tajin® Clasico Seasoning for the glass rim


Rim an 8-oz. tulip glass with TAJÍN Clásico Seasoning. Add mezcal, lime juice, Bloody Mary Mix and fill halfway with ice. Top with IPA and serve with the remaining IPA on the side.

Garnish with fire-roasted jalapeño and pickled red chiles.

*Quickly grill jalapeños directly over flames, either on a grill or on a rack over the stove-top. Allow jalapeños to blister, rotating until evenly charred.
