Mango Carlota


  • 1 quart Heavy Cream
  • 1 can Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 1 T Vanilla
  • 1 box or 4 sleeves Maria cookies
  • 1 box Artufo Mangos, medium dice
  • Fresh mint, as needed
  • Pinch of salt
  • Whip cream with sweetened condensed milk, salt and vanilla


In a 9 x 13-inch baking dish, layer cookies, spread cream and layer mangos on top. Continue with the layers until the dish is full. Top with diced mangos. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Slice and serve with freshly torn mint leaves on top.
