Hot Honey Butter Glazed Wings

Ingredients

  • 1 ea. Chef’s Line® Hot Honey Butter Dollop
  • 12 ea. Patuxent Farms® Chicken Wings
  • Salt and Pepper, to taste (if desired)

PREPARATION

  1. Deep fry wings until they reach an internal temperature of 165ºF.
  2. Melt hot honey butter in sauté pan. 
  3. In mixing bowl, toss wings with hot honey butter until adhered to each wing. 
  4. Serve immediately or hold hot. 

Serves 1 portion of wings
