French 75 Cocktail
Ingredients
- 1½ oz. Gin
- ¾ c Lemon Juice
- ½ c Simple Syrup
- Sparkling Wine, as needed
- Lemon Rings, to garnish
PREPARATION
Combine all ingredients except for sparkling wine. To order, add six ounces of mixture to a tall glass with chipped ice and top with three ounces sparkler. Garnish with lemon slice.
