Ingredients
- 6 oz. Harbor Banks® Cider Battered Pollock
- 4 oz. Creamy Tartar Sauce
- 4 oz. Monarch® French Fries
- 1 tsp. Monarch Dried Parsley
Preparation:
- Step 1 – Fry fish and fries
- Step 2 – Plate fish over fries
- Step 3 – Sprinkle parsley over the entire plate
- Step 4 – Place ramekin of creamy tartar sauce on side
