Fish and Chips

Ingredients

  • 6 oz. Harbor Banks® Cider Battered Pollock
  • 4 oz. Creamy Tartar Sauce
  • 4 oz. Monarch® French Fries
  • 1 tsp. Monarch Dried Parsley

Preparation:

  • Step 1 – Fry fish and fries
  • Step 2 – Plate fish over fries
  • Step 3 – Sprinkle parsley over the entire plate
  • Step 4 – Place ramekin of creamy tartar sauce on side
