Falafel in Chickpea Wrap
Ingredients
- 1 ea. Hilltop Hearth® Cilantro Chickpea Wrap
- 4 ea. Falafel, cooked
- 3/4 c Monarch® Green Chickpeas
- 1 ea. Lemon, Juiced
- 1 T Rykoff Sexton® Tahini Paste
- 1 T Olive Oil
- 1 T Monarch Pickled Red Onions
- 2 T Tzatziki
- 1/2 T Cross Valley Farms® Fresh Chopped Cilantro
PREPARATION
For hummus:
- Place green chickpeas in blender; while running, add olive oil.
- Turn off and add rest of items. Purée until smooth. Season with salt and pepper, to taste.
Assemble wrap: - Fry falafel and assemble by smearing hummus, then layer each item.
- Roll up and toast.
