Country Cobb Salad with Alabama White BBQ Sauce Dressing

Ingredients

  • 4 oz. Chef's Line® Alabama White BBQ Sauce
  • 1 c Cross Valley Farms® Red Heart Romaine Triple Washed, chopped
  • 2 oz. Metro Deli™ Hickory Smoked Cheddar Loaf, diced
  • 1 oz. Chef's Line Diced Hickory Smoked Natural Pork Belly, cooked
  • 3 oz. Rykoff Sexton® Roasted Vine Ripe Tomato Wedges
  • 2 oz. Cross Valley Farms Green Onion, diced
  • 1 ea. Del Pasado® Avocado Half, fresh to frozen, sliced
  • 1/4 ea. Cross Valley Farms Cucumbers, sliced

PREPARATION

  1. Fill a bowl with chopped red romaine lettuce.
  2. Top lettuce with each of the ingredients and drizzle with the Alabama White BBQ Sauce.
