Country Cobb Salad with Alabama White BBQ Sauce Dressing
Ingredients
- 4 oz. Chef's Line® Alabama White BBQ Sauce
- 1 c Cross Valley Farms® Red Heart Romaine Triple Washed, chopped
- 2 oz. Metro Deli™ Hickory Smoked Cheddar Loaf, diced
- 1 oz. Chef's Line Diced Hickory Smoked Natural Pork Belly, cooked
- 3 oz. Rykoff Sexton® Roasted Vine Ripe Tomato Wedges
- 2 oz. Cross Valley Farms Green Onion, diced
- 1 ea. Del Pasado® Avocado Half, fresh to frozen, sliced
- 1/4 ea. Cross Valley Farms Cucumbers, sliced
PREPARATION
- Fill a bowl with chopped red romaine lettuce.
- Top lettuce with each of the ingredients and drizzle with the Alabama White BBQ Sauce.
