Ingredients

  • 6 oz. Monarch® Brown Rice and Quinoa Blend
  • .75 c Rykoff Sexton® Power Greens Blend
  • .25 c Cross Valley Farms® Shredded Carrot
  • .5 oz. Monarch Pickled Red Onion
  • 2 oz. Shiitake Mushrooms
  • Garnish Monarch® White Sesame Seeds, Toasted
  • 3 oz. Chef's Line® All Natural* Smoked Beef Tri-Tip

PREPARATION

  1. Drain pickled red onions into food safe container, adding shredded carrot to the top of the brine. Store for 24 hours to allow flavors to combine. 
  2. Heat brown rice and quinoa blend according to package directions, seasoning with salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Sauté mixed greens, seasoning with salt and pepper to taste. 
  4. Sauté shiitake mushrooms, seasoning with salt and pepper to taste. 

Place brown rice and quinoa blend into bowl. Top with sautéed greens, mushrooms, and pickled veggies. Garnish with customer's choice of protein, fresh avocado, and any delicious topping!
