Preparation Instructions
- Thaw completely in refrigeration. Remove roast from film and place in roasting pan on cooking rack, if desired. Add small amount of water to bottom of roasting pan. Cover with Foil. Roast at 350°F for 1-1/2 hours. Uncover and test for internal temperature. Cook to a minimum internal temperature of 165°F. Finish cooking with foil off to brown the turkey breast skin. Allow to rest 15-20 minutes. For best results, carve turkey against the natural grain of the meat
