American Wagyu beef is from cattle that are cross bred with Japanese Wagyu cattle – known for their superior marbling and buttery tenderness. Preparation Instructions

  • Cook from frozen
  • Grill or flat top: pre-heat to 350°F. Cook for 4-5 minutes per side or until internal temperature reaches 160°F
