Preparation Instructions

  • Fryer: remove beignets from freezer and place them on a paper-lined sheet pan. Bench-thaw the beignets, covered with plastic, for 30–40 minutes. Fry them in hot oil at 350°F for 6–7 minutes, flipping them on each side, until golden brown. Remove from oil and keep on metal screen. Sprinkle powdered sugar generously and serve warm.
  • Convection oven: thaw for 10–20 minutes. Preheat convection oven to 350°F. Bake for 12–15 minutes or until done
