Preparation Instructions
- Stovetop: cook from frozen. Heat 2 T of water per serving of product in a large nonstick sauté pan over medium-high heat. Add frozen product to water in sauté pan. Cook 4-5 minutes, stirring frequently. Cook to an internal temperature of 165°F. Microwave: place frozen product into a microwave-safe bowl. Cover and microwave on high for 3-5 minutes or until product reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
