Our commercial-grade aluminum Tender by Design Tempering Tray offers faster tempering than on traditional thin aluminum sheet pans or wood or plastic cutting boards, preparing the product to wow diners on their plates.

- Properly temper steaks in original sealed vacuum package to ensure product quality and integrity
- Tempered steak will hold its quality longer if kept in the vacuum package

- Tray size: 22¾” x 16¼” x 3/8”
- Hand wash only with dish soap and water. Sanitize as you would your other kitchen smallwares
Preparation Instructions
- Place steaks in original vacuum packaging directly onto tempering trays and store in the cooler. Once the steaks are tempered, they can be used immediately or transferred to regular aluminum sheet pans for storage in the cooler until needed. Do not refreeze. If tempered Tender By Design steaks are removed from vacuum-packaging, they should be used that same day
