Richard spent several years catering for Film and Television cooking for the likes of Sylvester Stallone ,and Robert De Niro just to name a few . His creative take and modern ideas on food lead him to be the Chef and partner in New Orleans most well known interior Mexican restaurant called Araña. He also specializes in mouthwatering Cajun creole cuisine as well as other multicultural street food. He delights in creating culinary flavors that excite people.
