Preparation Instructions
- Cook from frozen. Thawing of the product is not recommended
- Sauté or Griddle: sauté in lightly oiled pan or griddle over medium low heat for 5-6 minutes per side until 165°F internal temperature is reached
- Grill: preheat grill over medium heat, spray with oil and cook patties 6-6 1/2 minutes per side until 165°F internal temperature is reached
- Convection Oven: preheat oven to 400°F. Spray sheet pan lightly with oil and bake patties 10-12 minutes until 165°F internal temperature is reached
