Preparation Instructions

  • Thaw product under refrigeration for at least 24 hours. It is not recommended to cook from frozen state
  • Conventional oven in bag: preheat oven to 200°F. Place product on oven-safe dish. Heat for 20-30 minutes or until hot. For extra crisp - heat pan on stovetop to medium. Caution hot. Remove product from pouch and place in frying pan. Coat in bbq sauce (sauce not included). Stir product until brown and crispy. Let rest for 1-2 minutes and enjoy
  • Conventional oven out of bag: preheat oven to 400°F. Remove product from pouch and place in oven-safe dish (like a foil pan). If sauce is being used (sauce not included), coat product. Place dish in oven. Heat product for 20-30 minutes; stir frequently while heating. Remove dish from oven. Caution hot. Let rest for 1-2 minutes and enjoy
  • Boil in bag: heat water in a large saucepan until boiling. Carefully place product in bag into water and heat for approx. 10 minutes. Remove pouch from saucepan. Caution hot. Remove product from pouch. Let rest 1-2 minutes and enjoy
  • Stovetop: heat frying pan to medium. Add 2 T of EVOO to pan. Place burnt ends into pan. Heat for 2 minutes or until browned. Flip product over. Heat another 2-3 minutes on other side or until browned. Remove product from heat. Let rest for 1-2 minutes and enjoy
  • Cooking times and temperatures may vary substantially. Cook to internal temperature of 145°F
