Eric Tirone has been the Food Fanatic Chef in the Saint Louis division since late 2021. He has 15 years of restaurant experience, ranging from fine dining to fast casual in addition to extensive knowledge in whole-animal butchery and charcuterie. Eric holds a Bachelors degree in Culinary Arts and Foodservice Management from Johnson & Wales University in Providence, RI. He currently resides in O'Fallon, MO with his wife, infant baby girl and dog.
