Chef Essig is the Food Fanatic Chef for the Rocky Mountain Area. He has been with US Foods since 2020. He has spent over three decades in Catering, Country Club, Restaurant, Bakery and Retail settings with extensive time spent as an Executive Chef in the College and University segment. He is excited and driven to help US Foods customers and team members be their best through menu ideation, product support, production and workflow analysis and training. He believes that each customers needs are unique and is adept at listening to find solutions that will Help Customers Make It!
