Preparation Instructions
- Keep frozen until ready to cook. Thawing is not recommended ? cook from frozen
- Deep fry: heat oil to 350°F. Fry frozen product for 2.5–3 minutes until product is golden brown. Let stand 2–3 minutes before serving
- Convection oven: preheat convection oven to 450°F. Place frozen product on lightly greased baking sheet. Cook for 3 minutes, flip and cook for an additional 2–3 minutes*
- *Cooking times and temperatures may vary substantially. Internal temperature should be at least 145°F
- We strive to completely separate the shrimp meat from the shell; however, as with all shrimp products, occasional shell pieces may still be present
