Preparation Instructions
- Cook from frozen
- Deep Fry: Preheat fryer to 350°F (180°C). Fill fryer basket not more than half full. Fry for 4-5 minutes. Shake basket halfway through cooking time to prevent fish from adhering. Drain for 2-3 minutes before serving. Since appliances vary, these instructions are guidelines only
- Pan Fry: In a non-stick frying pan, heat 1 tsp. of oil over medium-high heat. Fry fillets for 2-3 minutes per side, turning once. Let stand for 2-3 minutes before serving
- Oven: Preheat oven to 450°F (230°C). Heat a non-stick baking sheet in oven for 2 minutes. Place fillets directly on baking sheet. Bake in center of oven for 7 minutes. Turn over fillets and bake for an additional 6 minutes. Let stand for 2-3 minutes before serving
- Although great care has been taken to remove all bones, some may remain
