Mark Crandall is the Restaurant Operations Consultant for the Gulf States Region that started with US Foods as a Territory Manager in 2021. He has more than 12 years of experience working in different sectors of the food service industry up and down the east coast. He specializes in culinary science/skill/arts, operations management, and managing by the numbers. Mark holds degrees in both Culinary Arts and Baking & Pastry Arts from Johnson and Wales University in Charlotte, North Carolina. He is currently living in Birmingham, Alabama with his wife, son, and dog. Mark loves to spend his weekends taking his family to the lake, smoking meat, experimenting in the kitchen, and cooking for friends and family.
