After my time as Chef, Owner, and Operator of an American Grill in Montana since 2003, I happily joined US Foods in 2020 as the local Restaurant Operations Consultant for the Billings Market. I have a strong knowledge base in Front and Back of House efficiencies as well as financial operations, company culture, marketing, and staffing. Prior to the restaurant business, I was an independent consultant dedicated to writing recipes, promoting, and marketing food products for Food Companies in Detroit, Michigan. Iíve also been in the retail food business and have conducted cooking classes for years. It is exciting that I have the opportunity to bring this knowledge base to US Foods customers in Montana to help them grow or streamline their businesses. I live in beautiful Bozeman, Montana in Big Sky Country with my Husband, Glen and have two adult children that are out making a difference in their chosen professions. We get out to hike, bike or ski and enjoy the mountains right here in our backyard!
