Gabe is a first-generation Italian American who grew up in the Boston North Shore area. He has been in the restaurant industry for 25 years from dishwasher up to Executive Chef. He attended The Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park NY graduating with his bachelor's in hospitality management with a focus in culinary arts. He came back to Boston where over the next 17+ years, he worked his way through large operations in hotels (Hyatt Harborside) and restaurants (Legal Seafoods & Paparazzi) and small family-owned restaurants (Ristorante Damiano – North End Now Carmelina’s) as a sous chef and Executive chef. Most recently he was the Executive Chef of Finz Seafood and Grill where he was for the better part of 10 years. Gabe brings a deep passion for the hospitality industry, and a broad base of experience in the front and back or house.
