Chef Eric Watson

Food Fanatics® Chef, Fargo

Eric has been working in the Fargo area since 2003. He has opened and operated 3 restaurants and a full service catering company. In addition, Eric has been the Culinary Director at the Delta Marriott Hotel and Fargo Country Club. Originally from Colorado, Eric moved to the Fargo area to raise his 4 children with his wife Sara. Eric is excited to work with all the chefs and operators in the region and help bring the resources of the US Foods team to their kitchens and dining rooms.
