- .25 c Chef's Line® Tzatziki
- 5 ea. Baby Heirloom Tomatoes, halved
- 2 oz. English Cucumber, seeded and diced
- 1 ea. Hilltop Hearth® Greek Style Pita
- 1 oz. Cross Valley Farms® Harvest Blend
- 2 ea. Lemon, wedges
- .5 oz. Rykoff Sexton® Italian Extra Virgin Olive Oil
PREPARATION
Cook green chickpea falafel according to package directions. Arrange vegetables and falafel on the plate. Drizzle the vegetables with olive oil.
