  • 2 oz. English Cucumber, seeded and diced
  • 1 ea. Hilltop Hearth® Greek Style Pita
  • 1 oz. Cross Valley Farms® Harvest Blend
  • 2 ea. Lemon, wedges
  • .5 oz. Rykoff Sexton® Italian Extra Virgin Olive Oil


Cook green chickpea falafel according to package directions. Arrange vegetables and falafel on the plate. Drizzle the vegetables with olive oil.
