Seafood Pasta

Ingredients

  • 4 oz. Roseli® Cavatappi Noodles
  • 2 oz. Harbor Banks® Calamari
  • 2 oz. Harbor Banks Super Lump Crab
  • 3 ea. 21-25 ct. Harbor Banks Shrimp
  • 4 oz. Harbor Banks Mahi-Mahi
  • 2 oz. Glenview Farms® Butter
  • ¼ tsp. Monarch® Crushed Red Pepper Flakes
  • ¼ tsp. Roseli Chopped Garlic
  • ¼ tsp. Monarch Salt
  • ¼ tsp. Monarch Pepper

Preparation:

  1. Cook pasta to al dente, cool off and reserve for service
  2. In a sauté pan, add 1 oz. butter, shrimp and mahi-mahi
  3. Add crab and calamari
  4. Add noodles and remaining butter to pan
  5. Season with garlic, crushed red pepper flake and salt
  6. Toss to glaze noodles and seafood
