Seafood Pasta
Ingredients
- 4 oz. Roseli® Cavatappi Noodles
- 2 oz. Harbor Banks® Calamari
- 2 oz. Harbor Banks Super Lump Crab
- 3 ea. 21-25 ct. Harbor Banks Shrimp
- 4 oz. Harbor Banks Mahi-Mahi
- 2 oz. Glenview Farms® Butter
- ¼ tsp. Monarch® Crushed Red Pepper Flakes
- ¼ tsp. Roseli Chopped Garlic
- ¼ tsp. Monarch Salt
- ¼ tsp. Monarch Pepper
Preparation:
- Cook pasta to al dente, cool off and reserve for service
- In a sauté pan, add 1 oz. butter, shrimp and mahi-mahi
- Add crab and calamari
- Add noodles and remaining butter to pan
- Season with garlic, crushed red pepper flake and salt
- Toss to glaze noodles and seafood
