Plant-Based* Pork Gyros

Ingredients

  • 6 oz. Molly's Kitchen® Plant-Based* Pork Strips
  • 1 oz. Red Onion, julienne
  • 2 oz. English Cucumber, sliced
  • 3 oz. Chef's Line® Tzatziki Sauce
  • 1 tsp. Fresh Dill
  • 2 oz. Tomato, sliced
  • 2 ea. Hilltop Hearth® Pita Bread

PREPARATION

  1. In a sauté pan or flattop grill, sauté pork strips until lightly browned. 
  2. Remove from heat and add dill. 
  3. Heat pita on flattop grill, and lay in pork strips.
  4. Top with sliced cucumber, onions, tomato and tzatziki.
