Plant-Based* Smashed Burger

Ingredients

  • 1 ea. Hilltop Hearth® Hamburger Potato Bun
  • 2 ea. Molly's Kitchen® Plant-Based* Smash Patty
  • 2 slices Glenview Farms® Supercure American Cheese
  • 2 slices Cross Valley Farms® 4x5 Tomato, sliced
  • 2 oz. Spicy Dill Pickle Slaw
  • 2 T. Chef's Line Mayonnaise

Preparation

  1. On a flat top, cook the patties. 
  2. When you flip, top each patty with a sice of cheese. 
  3. Toast the buns open side down on the flat top until golden brown. 
  4. To assemble, spread 1 tbsp of Chef's Line Mayonnaise on top and bottom bun. 
  5. Layer the patties on the bottom bun, and top with pickle slaw. 
  6. Pick and serve, with side of choice.
