Plant-Based* Smashed Burger
Ingredients
- 1 ea. Hilltop Hearth® Hamburger Potato Bun
- 2 ea. Molly's Kitchen® Plant-Based* Smash Patty
- 2 slices Glenview Farms® Supercure American Cheese
- 2 slices Cross Valley Farms® 4x5 Tomato, sliced
- 2 oz. Spicy Dill Pickle Slaw
- 2 T. Chef's Line Mayonnaise
Preparation
- On a flat top, cook the patties.
- When you flip, top each patty with a sice of cheese.
- Toast the buns open side down on the flat top until golden brown.
- To assemble, spread 1 tbsp of Chef's Line Mayonnaise on top and bottom bun.
- Layer the patties on the bottom bun, and top with pickle slaw.
- Pick and serve, with side of choice.
