Mixed Berry Crepe Gateaux


  • 2 c Monarch® Organic Four Berry Assortment, defrosted and drained
  • 40 ea. Molly’s Kitchen® Plain 6-inch French Crepes, defrosted
  • 5 oz. Monarch Raspberry Melba Sauce
  • .25 oz. Cross Valley Farms® Fresh Mint Leaves
  • 1 oz. Monarch Powdered Sugar


  1. Place one crepe onto serving platter and lightly brush or drizzle a little melba sauce onto it, then top with another crepe. Continue with remaining crepes until you have a stack.  
  2. Decoratively mound drained berries on the top, garnish with mint and dust with powdered sugar.
