Preparation Instructions

  • Skillet: Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a non-stick fry pan over medium heat. Place patties in pan and cook for 7-8 minutes covered. Turn patties frequently throughout cooking
  • Microwave: Cook two patties on a microwave-safe plate for 2-3 minutes, turning halfway through cooking
  • Conventional/Toaster Oven: Preheat oven to 375°F. Bake frozen patties on a non-stick baking pan for 10-11 minutes, turning halfway through cooking
  • For food safety: Cook thoroughly to an internal temperature of 165°F minimum
