Traditional burnt ends are made with beef, but for this latest innovation – a result of our always-on ideation process for Scoop™– we used turkey thighs. (We’ve been developing this product for two years!) We hand-cut each piece, marinated them, and added a sweet and savory rub with flavors of black pepper, salt, brown sugar and soy sauce. A quick sear locks in the color and flavor, followed by two hours of smoking over hickory wood, and finished with a sous vide cook. The result? Tender, juicy morsels bursting with smoky, caramelized bliss. This product is crafted with care and will be craved by customers.

Preparation Instructions
- Thaw product under refrigeration for at least 24 hours. It is not recommended to cook from a frozen state. Cooking times and temperatures may vary substantially. Cook to internal temperature of 145°F. Must be cooked in accordance with food code and/or state and local requirements
- Sauté: Heat frying pan to medium heat, add 2-3 tbsp. oil to pan, place burnt ends into pan. Heat for 2-3 minutes covered, then flip product. If sauce is being used (sauce not included), coat product during the flip; heat for an additional 2-3 minutes covered. Remove product from heat. Caution: hot. Let product rest for 1-2 minutes and enjoy!
- Conventional Oven: Preheat oven to 450°F, remove product from pouch and place into oven-safe dish (such as a foil pan). Place dish in oven. Heat product for 8-12 minutes; stir or flip product halfway through while heating. If sauce is being used (sauce not included), coat product. Remove dish from oven. Caution: hot. Let rest for 1-2 minutes and enjoy!
