Medical Insurance |
Choice of three plans. Comprehensive medical coverage, including preventive care, prescription drugs, mental health benefits and a national network through Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Illinois. |
Dental Insurance |
Choice of three plans. Coverage for cleanings and other treatments, including orthodontia. |
Vision Insurance |
Choice of two plans. Coverage for eye exams, lenses, frames and contacts. |

401(k) Plan |
A retirement plan in which both you and the company contribute to the plan. The company matches $1.00 for every $1.00 you contribute up to 3%, and $.50 for every $1.00 on the next 2% of your pre-tax and/or Roth contribution, for a total company contribution of 4%. |
Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP) | Quarterly opportunity to buy company stock at a 15% discount. |
Paid Time Off | Coverage for planned and unplanned absences: sick leave, holidays, vacation and other leaves required by law. Flexible Time Off for salary grades 15 and above; or 4 weeks at 10 years of service; 3 weeks after 3 years of service |

Life Insurance |

Short-Term Disability |
100% of pay (salaried) and 60% (hourly) for days 8-90; 60% (salaried/hourly) for days 91-180 if you are off work due to an illness or injury. |
Long-Term Disability |
Option to purchase coverage to continue a percentage of your base salary beyond short-term disability. |
