Three Cheese Chicken Chile Soup

Ingredients

  • 4 lb. Molly's Kitchen® Three Cheese Chicken and ChileDip
  • 1 T Monarch® Low Sodium Chicken Base
  • 1 qt. Glenview Farms® Heavy Cream
  • 1 pt. Water
  • As needed Cross Valley Farms® Fresh Chopped Cilantro
  • 2 lb. Monarch Fire Roasted Corn and Poblano Peppers Blend with Onions

PREPARATION

  1. Slack the chicken and chile dip.
  2. Mix low sodium base with water to make broth.
  3. Add heavy cream to pot and warm.
  4. Add in chicken and chile dip.
  5. Fold in vegetable blend.
  6. Add chicken broth to desired consistency.
  7. Garnish with chopped cilantro.
