Three Cheese Chicken Chile Soup
Ingredients
- 4 lb. Molly's Kitchen® Three Cheese Chicken and ChileDip
- 1 T Monarch® Low Sodium Chicken Base
- 1 qt. Glenview Farms® Heavy Cream
- 1 pt. Water
- As needed Cross Valley Farms® Fresh Chopped Cilantro
- 2 lb. Monarch Fire Roasted Corn and Poblano Peppers Blend with Onions
PREPARATION
- Slack the chicken and chile dip.
- Mix low sodium base with water to make broth.
- Add heavy cream to pot and warm.
- Add in chicken and chile dip.
- Fold in vegetable blend.
- Add chicken broth to desired consistency.
- Garnish with chopped cilantro.
