Ramen Napa Cabbage Bowl
Ingredients
- 2 oz. Ramen Noodles, cooked & chilled
- 3 oz. Cross Valley Farms® Asian-Style Blend
- 2 oz. Monarch® Toasted Sesame Ginger Dressing
- 1/2 oz. Monarch Sliced Almonds, toasted
- Pinch Monarch Sesame Seeds
PREPARATION
- Cook ramen according to package instructions, season with half of seasoning packet. Store.
- Toss Asian-style Blend in toasted sesame dressing. Set aside to cool. Best if prepared a day ahead.
- Toast sliced almonds in sauté pan and store.
To Plate:
- Place seasoned, chilled noodles into bowl.
- Place dressed blend mixture on top of chilled noodles.
- Garnish with toasted almonds and sesame seeds.
- Drizzle with more dressing.
