Pollock Tacos
Ingredients
- 3 fillets Harbor Banks® Hard Cider Battered Wild Alaska Pollock
- 3 leaves Cross Valley Farms® Slaw Blend with Carrots and Cabbage
- 1 oz. Cross Valley Farms Apple Pineapple Pico de Gallo
- 6 strands Monarch® Chipotle Mayonnaise
- ½ oz. Cross Valley Farms Chopped Cilantro
- 3 ea. Corn Tortillas
PREPARATION
- Deep fry pollock fillets until crisp, and hold for plating.
- Warm tortillas, and hold for plating.
- From the bottom, build each tortilla: slaw, then chipotle mayonnaise, pollock, pico de gallo and chopped cilantro.
