Pollock Tacos


  • 3 fillets Harbor Banks® Hard Cider Battered Wild Alaska Pollock
  • 3 leaves Cross Valley Farms® Slaw Blend with Carrots and Cabbage
  • 1 oz. Cross Valley Farms Apple Pineapple Pico de Gallo
  • 6 strands Monarch® Chipotle Mayonnaise
  • ½ oz. Cross Valley Farms Chopped Cilantro
  • 3 ea. Corn Tortillas


  1. Deep fry pollock fillets until crisp, and hold for plating.
  2. Warm tortillas, and hold for plating.
  3. From the bottom, build each tortilla: slaw, then chipotle mayonnaise, pollock, pico de gallo and chopped cilantro.

Serves 1 (3 tacos)
