Sweet Heat Cheesy Burger

Ingredients

  • 2-4 oz. Cattleman’s Selection® 81/19 Fine Ground Beef
  • ¾ oz. Metro Deli® Hickory Smoked Gouda Cheese Slices
  • 2 ea. Patuxent Farms® Applewood Smoked Bacon
  • 2.4 oz. Molly’s Kitchen® Hot Honey Cheese Bites
  • Drizzle Monarch® Sriracha Hot Honey
  • 1 ea. (2.7 oz.) Hilltop Hearth® Potato Bun

PREPARATION

1. Toast bun, add cooked smashed burger patties on top of bottom bun, add smoked Gouda cheese and top with second patty, then top with bacon and hot honey cheese bites. Finish with a drizzle of hot honey. Add top bun and pick to hold together.
